Kinesiology is a method in which the response of certain muscles to gentle resistance is used as a form of feedback. In my practice, I use muscle testing as a complementary tool alongside other examination and treatment methods.

Different questions can be explored during a treatment. I use muscle testing as an additional tool to help identify individual stresses, possible imbalances, or treatment approaches that may be suitable for the patient.

Depending on the situation, I also show my patients simple elements of kinesiology that they can use themselves in everyday life. These are intended to complement the treatment and do not replace medical diagnosis or any necessary medical or therapeutic treatment.

How does muscle testing work?

During a kinesiology muscle test, the practitioner applies gentle, controlled pressure to a specific muscle while the patient resists that pressure. Changes in the muscle response are perceived as physical feedback and considered in relation to the particular question being explored.

Muscle testing is a gentle method and usually takes only a few seconds. During a treatment, different questions can be explored one after another in this way.

Note: Kinesiological muscle testing and the conclusions derived from it are not generally recognised by conventional scientific medicine and do not replace medically necessary diagnostic procedures.
