Desire to Have Children<\/h1>\n

The desire to have children, particularly when that wish remains unfulfilled,<\/strong> is an issue that weighs increasingly heavily on many couples. Especially when, despite seemingly favourable circumstances, pregnancy simply does not occur.<\/p>\n

When the love between two people gives rise to a new life, there is hardly anything more wonderful.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, pregnancy does not always happen as quickly as hoped. Conceiving successfully and experiencing a healthy pregnancy are processes that, even today, cannot be entirely controlled. There is more to it than two willing partners and an army of doctors offering good advice and sophisticated technology. It is not called the “miracle of life” for nothing.<\/p>\n

It can be particularly frustrating when numerous medical examinations have already been carried out and doctors confirm that everything appears to be normal. Yet the long-awaited miracle of nature still does not happen. There are, of course, many possible reasons, some of which may remain unidentified.<\/p>\n

Among the generally recognised factors that can support fertility are a healthy diet, a relaxed living and working environment, a balanced attitude towards life, and regular, moderate physical activity.<\/p>\n

Various factors that may interfere with fertility are also discussed, including long-term use of hormonal contraceptives or certain hormone treatments, stress in its many forms (including the pressure created by a strong desire to become pregnant), and deficiencies in vitamins, minerals or other essential nutrients.<\/p>\n

The possible influence of carrying mobile phones in trouser pockets on male fertility has also attracted attention in recent years, although the scientific evidence remains inconclusive.<\/p>\n

In a society where modern lifestyles increasingly make it difficult to maintain a healthy balance, it is perhaps not surprising that important natural processes may also be affected.<\/p>\n

What Can Be Done?<\/h2>\n

A good starting point might be some honest introspection: Am I emotionally balanced? Am I allowing too much stress into my life? Could my body be lacking important nutrients? Am I frequently anxious? Am I a cheerful, spontaneous person who can find something positive even in difficult situations?<\/p>\n

An examination in my practice can help you better understand possible connections and look at your personal situation from a broader perspective.<\/p>\n
